When should I schedule my first appointment?
As soon as you can! Even if you book months in advance, bookings fill up very quickly – especially in the Spring and Summer.
What do I need to bring to the first appointment?
Bring the shoes you will be wearing, undergarments, and shape wear.
How long will the alterations take?
We ask that we have access to your dress for a minimum of 5 weeks. We can work within shorter timeframes if a rush service, fee, and timeline is agreed upon by both parties.
Can I customize my gown?
Yes! It will depend of what exactly you’re after, but we try to accommodate every request.
How much are rush fees?
You can see all the rush fees listed on our pricing page. Any weddings less than 5 weeks away will incur a surcharge.
Can I bring guests to my appointment?
Absolutely! The fitting studio has room for an additional 1-3 people. We encourage family members to attend and bring their outfits as well. We just ask not to bring food, coffee, or tea into the studio.
Do you alter all types of wedding dresses?
Yes, however, we cannot alter dresses whose price exceeded $6,500 at the time of purchase, due to our insurance policy.
What types of payment do you accept?
We accept card, Venmo, Zelle, and cash.
